Jennifer J. Conway received her B.A. with honors from Wheaton College, located near Chicago, Illinois, majoring in Media Communications and minoring in English. She earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, located in Gulfport, Florida, while working for Bank of America’s legal department. She has over 14 years of experience working in the legal and compliance departments of large financial institutions, with an emphasis on elder financial abuse prevention, consumer protection laws, military lending, anti-money laundering and bank secrecy, and mortgage transactions. Jennifer has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2013, and she practices in the areas of corporate law, estate planning, guardianship, probate and elder law, and is a certified Attorney Ad Litem. Jennifer’s pro bono experience includes intake counseling at North Texas Legal Aid and serving as an adult supervisor for the Pinellas’ County Teen Court in St. Petersburg, Florida. Jennifer is an active member of the Victoria Professional Express Network and the American Business Women’s Association, is a Participating Attorney with Texas Legal, attends the First Presbyterian Church of Victoria, and enjoys gardening.
